Our Distributor and Affiliate Program will allow any qualified candidate to sell our products through their own channels. Here at Wellness, we have developed a highly advanced tracking system, which will allow affiliates and distributors to take credit for their sales.

Linking to our web site

Our website will automatically track the number of hits to the site from each independent affiliate or distributor. At any given time, each distributor/affiliate can log on to our site and view his/her statistics. At the end of each month, commissions are established. As an affiliate web site we will make available to you banner advertisements, button links to our web site and/or text links to our web site containing our Logo (as defined below) and/or words identifying our site and products which, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, you may display on your web site. We will be responsible for providing all information necessary to allow you to make appropriate Links from your web site to our web site. However, we must approve all Links before they are displayed on your web site. In utilizing the Links, you agree that you will cooperate fully with us in order to establish and maintain such Link or Links. You shall display such Links prominently throughout your web site as you see fit, subject to our consent. A Link may only be modified and/or expanded with our written consent. Each Link connecting users of your web site to our web site will in no way alter the look, feel or functionality of our web site.

Ordering

Order Processing We will process all orders for Products placed by users. You may not take orders for Products from users on our behalf. Users who buy Products through the Program will be deemed to be our customers. Accordingly, all of our rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and sales will apply to those users. We reserve the right to reject orders that do not comply with certain requirements that we periodically may establish. We will be solely responsible for all aspects of Product order processing and fulfillment, including order entry, payment processing, shipping, cancellations, returns and related customer service. We will track the volume and amount of Product sales generated by users and will make unedited reports summarizing this sales activity available to you via email and/or a web interface. The form, content, and frequency of these reports may vary from time to time in our sole discretion. To permit accurate tracking, reporting and commission accrual, you must ensure that the Links between your web site and our web site remain properly formatted. We reserve the right to change the price charged for any Product at any time in our sole discretion without notice. Due to privacy concerns, no personal information on any customer of ours will be provided to you.

Commissions

We will pay you a commission equal to a percentage (the "Commission Rate") of the net amount we receive from sales of Products to users, excluding amounts collected by us for sales taxes, duties, shipping, handling, gift wrapping and similar charges ("Net Sales"). You will be notified of any change in the Commission fifteen (15) days prior to the change. Net Sales will also be reduced for amounts attributable to credit card fraud, bad debts and credits for returned goods. A commission will only be paid if the user is tracked by our internal online ordering system from the time the Link is initiated on your web site to the time of the sale. Only Products sold by us (to users of your web site through Links to our web site), shipped to a customer and for which we have received full payment will qualify for a commission. Commission Payment We will pay your commissions to you on a calendar year monthly basis. Approximately forty-five (90) days following the end of month, we will send you a check for the commissions earned on Net Sales of Products that we shipped during that month. If a Product, the sale of which generated a commission that has been paid to you, is returned by the user, we will deduct the corresponding commission from your next monthly payment. If there is no subsequent payment, we will send you a bill for the amount of the corresponding commission, and such bill must be paid upon receipt.
